The Mont Alto LaunchBox is offering free workshops for aspiring entrepreneurs on and off campus this spring. They are open to the public and free of charge. Participants are encouraged to register at montalto.gener8co.com/launchbox/workshops.
The Franklin County Penn State Extension office hosted a community meeting about the spotted lanternfly at 6:30 p.m. on July 26, in the General Studies Building Auditorium at Penn State Mont Alto.
Penn State Mont Alto Chancellor Francis K. Achampong will host an open house and reception from 5 to 7 p.m. on Nov. 16 to introduce the Mont Alto LaunchBox, a program to promote entrepreneurship in Franklin County. The event will be held in conjunction with Penn State’s Global Entrepreneurship Week (Nov. 12-16) and will highlight what Penn State is doing to promote entrepreneurship.
